Mc12 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mc12 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change and will be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using the mc12 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mc12 as the platform operator. This agreement covers all aspects of platform use, including account registration, betting or gaming activity, financial transactions, use of content, and communications with our team.
The mc12 platform is only open to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. mc12 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Registration & Personal Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the mc12 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the name, phone number, email address, and bank account details registered are their own. mc12 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or false information provided by users during registration.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their mc12 account password and login credentials confidential. You must not share your password with anyone or allow others to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact mc12's customer support team immediately at [email protected].
Mc12 will never ask for your full password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent attempt and reported to us immediately.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Permitted Use
The mc12 platform is provided solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Users are permitted to access games, place bets within set limits, deposit and withdraw funds via approved payment methods, and interact with platform features available within their account.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mc12 platform and may result in account suspension or closure without compensation:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Collusion between users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using a third party's account or making payments on behalf of another person without written authorisation.
- Any money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions.
- Distributing harmful, disruptive, or unlawful content through the platform.
Mc12 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the account of any user suspected of violating these rules, with no obligation to provide a detailed explanation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the mc12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and approved local bank transfers. mc12 does not accept cash, cheques, or international payment methods unless specifically stated otherwise on the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change. Users are advised to check the latest limits in the deposit section of their account before making any transaction.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with mc12's internal procedures. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method, typically ranging from 30 minutes to a few hours for domestic bank transfers. mc12 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal if deemed necessary for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
Funds earned through bonus usage must meet the specified rollover requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. These conditions are clearly stated in each promotion's terms, and users are responsible for understanding them before accepting any bonus.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Mc12 Liability Limits
Mc12 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or any specific outcomes from using the platform. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, mc12 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Mc12 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures, network outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities. We will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly when such disruptions occur.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the mc12 platform are the exclusive property of mc12 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from mc12. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mc12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a security threat to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are terminated on valid grounds are not entitled to compensation or the return of any bonus balance that has not yet met its requirements.
Third-Party Links & Services
The mc12 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. mc12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mc12 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users hereby agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
